INTRODUCTION
============

Open SaveAs Dialogs for Access (OSDLG) is a Visual Basic 
Code Module which provides a high degree of flexibility and 
predesigned functionality in calling the Windows Common
Dialogs.   OSDLG allows developers to call the common
dialogs without the need for any Active X or OLE Control
or additional dll.  As a code module it is fully convertable
between Access 2, 95 & 97 without changes.

The functions can be called from either a macro or from 
Visual Basic code.  Making OSDLG accessable
for both Access users and developers of all knowledge
levels from beginners to advanced developer's.

INSTALLATION
=============

To test out the OSDLG modules for Access 97 (v8), 
and the flexibility they provide in use copy  
OSDLG8.mdb, OSDLG.cnt and OSDLG.hlp file
to any directory and open with Access 97 (v8).
